The hidden seventh REM data. Only obtainable by solving the secret Hacking Puzzle 5-7 (the True Ending Cipher) before triggering Diana Shadow phase 2. Carrying the Origin Pendant into NG+ unlocks the Origin Ω portal in the Memory Vault.

How to get it

Solve hidden Puzzle 5-7 BEFORE Diana Shadow phase 2. Once obtained, return to any save terminal — Diana automatically reads the file and the gift activates.
