How to get the True Ending

The full canon ending. Adds an extended epilogue, unlocks the Origin Beam carry-over, and reveals the Origin Ω secret boss in NG+.

Required flags

  • All 12 hacking puzzles solved (including Puzzle 5-7 Secret Cipher).
  • All 7 REM data files read (including Origin-Ω).
  • All 6 Diana gifts active before entering the Memory Vault.
  • Final HP Upgrade purchased BEFORE the elevator (point of no return).
  • Diana Shadow phase 2 cleared.

Step-by-step route

  1. In Ch.2, take the Silent Array detour and read REM 'Diana-Sigma' to unlock the lab.
  2. In Ch.4, solve Puzzle 4-1 (Mirror Grid) — required for Hugh-Mirror gift.
  3. In Ch.5, solve hidden Puzzle 5-7 BEFORE engaging Diana Shadow.
  4. Buy the Final HP Upgrade at the last save terminal before the Vault elevator.
  5. Enter the elevator. Diana Shadow phase 2 will only spawn if every flag above is set.
