Hugh-Mirror is a True Ending flag. Solving Puzzle 4-1 (Mirror Grid) drops it. The Mirror Sigil gift causes Diana to mimic one Hugh dodge per combat encounter, effectively granting an extra i-frame window. Skip this and the True Ending is locked.

How to get it

Solve Hacking Puzzle 4-1 in Ch.4. Once obtained, return to any save terminal — Diana automatically reads the file and the gift activates.
