How to get the Secret Memory Ending

NG+ exclusive. Defeat Origin Ω with the Origin Pendant equipped to trigger an alternative epilogue layered on top of the True Ending.

Required flags

  • Complete the True Ending on a prior save.
  • Carry over the Origin Pendant to NG+.
  • Defeat Origin Ω secret boss in NG+ Memory Vault.

Step-by-step route

  1. First, clear the True Ending route once.
  2. Start NG+. Confirm 'Origin Pendant' is in your inventory at the title screen carry-over preview.
  3. Replay through Ch.1-5 normally. The Vault elevator will show a new portal node after Diana Shadow phase 2.
  4. Defeat Origin Ω with the Origin Beam (every other weapon ticks for 1 damage).
